Good Griddle Tool 🍔👍

I have tried this Blackstone 12 inch round basting cover a few times now, and it appears to be made of high quality materials. The value is good. It is awesome. This stainless steel dome is built for melting cheese or steaming vegetables. It supposedly features a completely heat-resistant handle, which saves you from burning your fingerprints off when moving it on and off the hot griddle. The sturdiness of the thick metal gives it great durability for outdoor use, and it comes with a 1-year limited warranty. The 12 inch size easily covers a couple of burgers at a time. It works great, so you do not have to stand there staring at a slice of cheese waiting for it to melt while your meat turns into a hockey puck. If you ever have issues with it, you can call their customer service line at extension 1. Pro tip: Squirt a little water right next to the food just before throwing the dome over it. The trapped steam melts the cheese in seconds flat 🌬️🧼

Great Basting Cover!

What a great basting cover. This cover by Blackstone is made of durable stainless steel. 12" round dome makes it perfect for our family of four. This Basting Cover is under griddle accessories, however I used on a gas grill and in the kitchen. On the grill I used to melt cheese on the hamburgers. Worked quickly and perfectly! In the kitchen I have used on skillet to steam up some veggies. Fit ontop my 12" pan without letting any air/steam escape leaving perfectly steamed tasty veggies. Using both ways the dome cover worked great. The Heat resistant handle worked perfectly. I like that the handle has an area of heat resistant material around the bottom of it. When you grab your fingers won't hit the hot dome. Added bonus, I used the cover to keep food warm on the platter. This cover is dishwasher safe!! Fits perfectly in my dishwasher for an easy clean up. Would recommend for small cooking gatherings.
