Queen of gf Cake Mixes
This is the easiest to make, best tasting gf mix I have found for traditional party cupcakes. I have tried many (including that 'King' brand), and this is the only one that is always a hit with with gluten free and gluten-eating crowds. It's also cheaper than most competitors. After a few days, they sometimes get a little grainy, but they usually don't last that long anyway ;) (and they can be frozen if they do). Highly recommend!
