The clips do fit

The clips don't clip together like a puzzle piece. There is a little space when you put them on the bars. But it does CLIP on the lines on the bars. If you place 2 clips with the word TOP together and place them on a large space on the bar and THEN slide them down onto the line of your choice it will clip into place.
