Handy to Keep Around

I buy a lot of these frozen twin-packs at a time and just put them in my freezer. They are very handy to have around because they are inexpensive and are quick and easy to thaw and bake. When I order them, however, I always specify "no substitutes" to avoid getting smaller hens.

I'm single male %26 disabled and always bought full size chickens for Rotisserie, is good but hard to handle and a lot of waste, shelf life is only so long in fridge so I gave these a try and they cooked so perfectly in air fryer rotisserie I was floored! Cook one and freeze one, they're perfect size for one person with only bones left lol but can also stretch to 2 servings for later Cornish hen salad or Cornish hen toasted sandwich. Great taste, NO waste and easily rotisseried, baked or pan fried!
