GREAT ITEM FOR THOSE SUFFERING FROM TENDONITIS
While my husband has a rather muscular forearm, the S/M size fit him perfectly. I think the L/XL is for very muscular men, so I was thankful the S/M fit him well. It adds the support he needs to weedeat the yard and cuts down on having to have shots in his elbow for tendonitis. These are great for anyone who have to use their arms/elbows for any repetitive function regularly. I also highly recommend the use of these compression sleeves to lessen the risk of developing tendonitis (if you don't already have it).

Elasto-Preene Elbow Pad Review
I have been using the Elasto-Preene elbow elastic band product for years. Istarted playing softball at the age of 16 and now at the age of 45 I am starting to experience some pain in my elbow. But after using this product it is amazing. The heat rention aspect of the product is just perfect!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Elbow relief
I have only had this product for a few weeks and I can feel a significant difference. I coach little league football and this product has been a godsend. My forty year old elbow can now keep up with a group of 10 year olds. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
