I haven't given 5 stars for a product in a long time in the price for value catagory because groceries are insanely high right now and I don't see any let up in the foreseeable future. High food prices isn't Walmart's fault. They're just trying to survive like everyone else. I'm buying a pack of these dogs in the next order because I have some sauerkraut and some hot dog sauce i need to use. They use this brand of hot dog on the fourth of July when they have the hot dog eating contest.

Good hot dog if you are in a rush

I purchased this single Nathan's hot dog, because I was considering buying a back of Nathan's hot dogs. However, I have a problem with the sky high price of Nathans, so I got this single Nathan's dog to check out before buying the whole pack. It's a good hot dog, but I don't see it as so fantastic to buy an 8 pack of them at $7.00 a pack. Now I know I prefer the Bar S hotdogs at $1.00 a pack, but if one is traveling, this is a good way to get a good hot dog for the road, and avoiding those fast food joints. Price isn't bad @$1.50 each these days, but I wouldn't pay more than a buck for one now. Bun is nice, I like that it's thin, not so big as most store bought buns. If you want hot dogs for home I would recommend Bar S, some mustard, ketchup, onions, and buns made by Bimbo bakery.

The Nathan's dogs were deliscious!

We hadn't been eating hotdogs often but we ordered a couple of Nathan's at the race track. They were delicious! We were delighted to see these ready to eat Nathan's dogs offered online at Walmart. This is a great idea for older folks who love Nathan's hotdogs but don't like to cook them or go out to eat. Added a side of coleslaw and this was an economical and tasty supper. This is a great idea!
