Nice balance of sweet/salty, soft/crunchy pretzels

The pretzels arrived on schedule, and were packed and insulated well. The included frozen gel packs kept the chocolate from melting, and both of the 2.5Lb-bags contained pretzels in the ideal condition, despite the warmer weather. These pretzels are to my liking, and have a good balance of sweetness/saltiness and softness/crunchiness. I intend for these bags to last a while, but I would not hesitate to order from this business again sometime in the future.
