Before without pre workout frog fuel, halfway in the cardiovascular Arc 750 trainer machine I would start to feel the fatigue approach. Frog fuel pre workout with caffeine 15 minutes before working out I am able to finish the 70 minute training without stopping. Plus not be tired after I finish. After the gym I am able to continue with my daily routine of life. Don't forget the frog fuel protein after the workout. Amazing product for a disabled person at 52.
