Easy To Consume
I am not a fan of pills, they make me nervous so I struggle to swallow them. But then tablets are small and circular so it's less nerve racking consuming them. They also don't leave a strong after taste like a lot of Iron supplements I have used. For example, when you burp you can of course taste the Iron but it's not a obnoxiously strong taste or smell and it goes away quickly.

Does the job, just not glamorous. If you need iron, you need iron, and these get it done without overcomplicating things. Simple, affordable, and easy to find. They are a little on the heavier side, so taking them with food definitely helps. Not something you get excited about taking, but if you are low, you will notice the difference over time.
