Stay confident despite incontinence with Prevail PV-410 Super-Absorbent Premium Underpads. They provide super absorbency and extra protection against leaks for beds, chairs and other surfaces. These Prevail super absorbent underpads have an integrated mat, or bonded structure, that reduces the separation and clumping of the top sheets. They have a cloth-like top sheet with a flat seal around the pad so that the skin is not exposed to plastic edges. This product is specifically designed to be used with pressure relief beds to maximize the benefit of air therapy. A super-absorbent layer pulls and locks fluid quickly away from the skin. They feature a peach color. These x-large Prevail underpads come in a 40-count pack for easy stocking up.

These disposable pads are absorbent and I prefer the disposable pads to having to launder the reusable ones. Considering the time, water, electric, laundry soap and softener for a single or small load, I think they cost effective too.
