No spoons, no bowls, no complaints—just grab, squeeze, and disappear back into their natural habitat (their rooms). The flavor? Apparently “actually good,” which is high praise coming from teens who survive on snacks and sarcasm. Bonus: fewer dishes for me and zero “there's nothing to eat” complaints (well… fewer, anyway). These are perfect as a grab and go for your fridge. I'm in my 20's and I find these really enjoyable! Really good for a breakfast if you're in a rush but need something quick to eat. I feel like most products like this advertise toward children but I can confirm as an adult these are extremely enjoyable and the package is convenient! If you want to save some for later you can replace the cap and it comes with a good amount of yogurt.

My son will eat them and they are healthy? HUGE PLUS! The flavors look good and the package is appealing. I really want to try the berry flavor sometime! XD Right now, getting my toddler to even eat YOGURT seems hard when that was one of his favorite things until, you know, it suddenly wasn't. But he likes this yogurt and the portion size seems right for what he needs right now!
