This L-Arginine has helped me, my son, and a close family friend with our blood pressure. We all have high blood pressure, but after taking 3 capsules a day, my son's blood pressure got back down to normal, and he no longer has to take a prescribed blood pressure pill. I was taking it while dieting, and after losing 25 pounds, I actually had to stop the L-Arginine because it was bringing my bp down too low! If anyone is having issues keeping your bp down, try this L-Arginine, under your doctor's supervision, of course. Not all doctors are for these natural supplements, but some do work!!
