I am finally happy with the lamp. It arrived with 2 parts defective. The reason I gave it top scores is bc of the customer service I received from Safavieh. They were SO responsive to my issue and sent the replacements parts very quickly. Piper in particular was phenomenal. Kudos to Safavieh customer service.
