Ceylon cinnamon

Ceylon cinnamon takes very light and NOT an over powering taste Luke you get from regular table cinnamon that you use in cooking and baking. I use it by adding a quarter teaspoon with my coffee every morning. It does not affect the taste of the coffee like you think it was because this is a very mild cinnamon but it's better for you than the ones you normally buy for baking. it is not spicy.
