This stuff actually works. For sleep. For me. It's not a miracle pill that works overnight, but it is a miracle pill. when I get close to a time of month where I typically wake up in the wee hours of the morning and am wide awake, taking this daily seems to do an excellent job of reducing and even elimination those wakings. Don't give up if it doesn't work for the first could of days. Keep taking the recommended dose. This magnesium is easily absorbed, and I notice a real difference. I've been using this for years.

I don't take this daily as I've read that taking magnesium regularly should be done according to blood test results showing deficiency. I take it as needed when my leg muscles start trying to cramp after stretching and exercise. It works so well for me and works quickly. I read somewhere that Magnesium help with sleep about a year ago. I never tried it until Nov 3 2025. well, believe me it helps I take it with Valerian Root.im so glad I decided to try it.In the container it says to take it every day. it should say to take it before bed. I highly recommend trying it. if the amount you take the first night doesn't help then the next night add one more.
