I've tried different adult brands and the 2XL %26 3XL work the best for my MIL. 7 months ago her weight was 157 and now 178 lbs. We still use both sizes because they fit and provide protection from leaks when using pads. Absorbency - alone is a 0 to 2 but with pads an 8 to 10.
