Works great and soothing for rashes above private area crack, and inbetween upper thighs and private area. I recommend wearing a full hand glove or finger tip gloves. Make sure you take a shower always before applying any cream or ointment in the private area. Make sure you have a separate wash sponge for your private area everytime you shower. Applying cool water at the very end of your warm shower also helps the burn itch pain.
If you do have a crazy cut or itch for whatever reason below or above your private area, or a rash, I recommend this brand which is like a pink paste and you only need a little. Before you do, remember to wash your area good at first with soap gently. I like to fold a paper towel the long way and put it in my underwear so the ointment doesn't leak through my panties. For hemmorhoid only area, i recommend “Presto Gel” which is for internal and external hemorrhoids only and not for rashes or cuts or scrapes. The Presto Gel ointment isn't painful if you don't have any cuts on your hemorrhoid, but If you have been scratching that area non-stop for days, like bleeding, you will feel a stinging burning sensation for the first few minutes after applying this, when you do, go lye down flat on your stomach in your bed and spread your behind apart and you feel the cooling sensation start to work and the itch in the hemorrhoid area go away. If you have other cuts above or below your private area, do not apply this because it will only make it sting more and won't do anything because it's for hemorrhoid area only (the presto gel). If you think you have yeast infection or itch its recommended to take a tub bath sitting in water until it reaches your lower belly, pour in half a cup of apple cider vinegar and half a cup of hydrogen peroxide, sit in for about 20 minutes. Before you make a bath, first wash your front and back area with soap, drain down all the gunk. I did this for about a week or two and it was so annoying but surprisingly I'm doing much better and all the itch everywhere is gone. If you're a girl, taking boric acid suppositories will definitely help too (best taken lying down before you sleep, also wear a pad incase you start to leak out normally.) I don't know if there's boric acid suppositories for men so do your research. If you think you have parasites eat cucumbers in your food and raw garlic, and most importantly, a spoonful of papaya seeds for 3 days only, in whatever week you choose (the papaya seeds have a black peppery taste so it's best to drizzle lots of honey on top of your spoon, it may taste weird at first but surprisingly good and tolerable,this will kill parasites and detox your body clean). All this helped me so much because I don't know what was going on or why I got intense itching randomly in both my private areas. This will be my home remedy. It's faster Ofcourse to get medication from a doctor if you have insurance.
