I use them as a meal replacement for weight loss as well as getting my daily protein since In not a big meat eater. I use to buy chocolate but now but vanilla. I decided on vanilla because it's so versatile. I add frozen fruit and veggies to make my smoothies. If I ever want chocolate, I add cocoa powder. Premier makes a very delicious drink.
