automatically charge $30 tip without me knowing it

this is fine except they only said they have one box left that's why I only chose one if I knew it was going to get substituted I would have ordered way more than one but thanks. also didn't realize y'all had charged my car at 10% for a tip which was almost $30 which I would not have done and I handed the girl money when she got here and not realizing you had already charged me $30 without me knowing it
