Terrible customer service!

I purchased an iPad as a Christmas present. The iPad is unable to be updated so that I can download applications. I messaged about a return on December 24, 2023. They finally messaged about asking for the VIN number. I sent it and they have refused at answer my messages after weeks. My 30 return period is almost up. Just don't waste your time and money!
