These are very good! If you store them in the fridge they last longer, and it does not affect the taste. I have used all of Little Potato Company's red potato versions. It is more expensive than buying regular, but if you are cooking for 1 or 2 people, it's worth it.👍🏼

Garlic Parsley Potatoes

These are awesome, AS LONG AS YOU EAT THEM within a few days of getting them. Otherwise, they go bad fast I made the whole tray and then save some and fry them up the next morning with eggs. Both ways they are great! I do not use their seasoning.
