Fresh Produce, Whole Red Radish, 1 Bunch

First let me say that I Disliked that the greens, and there were many Way Past Their Prime. I like buying radishes with the greens because the greens are Very nutritious. I could only selvage one medium handful, the rest were exceedingly wilted or turning slimy. I always make a salad with the greens so I was very unhappy about this. Either the produce workers or the person picking the food need to pay attention to the greens. OK That being said - these were the BEST Radishes - even though I was very skeptical how they would taste because of the greens being so destroyed and the Radishes were BIG which usually means they have been left to grow too long and are past there peak flavor. BUT they were crisp, very sweet with just a hint of the radish peppery flavor. A Real Treat. While making the salad I ate 1/2 of the radishes and wished I had bought 2 bunches. Plan to order more and hope they will be just as good as these.

You never know. Sometimes they are too hot to eat, other times they are more mild and I will actually make a trip back to the store just to get more. Of course they don't have any control over that, and smelling doesn't help. They can smell hot and be very mild. I like radishes so I take a chance.
