I ordered this because I had tennis elbow pain and felt like my joint were swollen and sore. I wore this brace for two nights and my arm feels so relaxed and painless. I do recommend this product before even going to the doctors for evaluation. I rather spend money on something that fixes it self than going the doctor get medication and radiation you don't need. This is my preference! Let me know what you think once you buy it and experience it. It's not bad sleeping with it on! At first I was hesitant to buy it but I am so glad I did.
