Great for that extra little electrolyte kick!

These are the perfect little pick me up for my short runs. Good amount of electrolytes and sweetness without being overly salty. They are in a great little zipper pouch which makes them great to pop in your gym bag or purse. They are even good for when your littles don't feel well and won't drink a sports drink, just give them a few of these and get the electrolytes in them quickly! They make a caffeine version too. I use those on long runs and races.
