Product came folded over once, then rolled. With unrollling, there was a prominent raised strip down the middle of the rug, about 3/4 inch wide. I used my fingers to push down on the raised part once or twice a day and then laid the rug down flat. After about 4 days, the raised area was much less prominent. I wondered why the product had not just been rolled for shipment, and not folded. The folding caused the raised area.
