This worked well for me.
Thank you in advance for reading my review. I am a 37 year old Hispanic Male I am heavy set and have been having alot of pain on my right knee that I had the lateral meniscus repaired from a work injury back in December 2010, the pain is worse during cold weather and not even a warm compress helps. Thankfully I ran across this product which was the only thing I could take since most of the products sold by this company is made with shellfish which I am severely allergic to. How ever after trying this product, by day 3 I started to feel the pain practically go away. By day 7 it was completely gone. I feel great and even released some foot pain on the left foot that I was also feeling. Im not sure what else is in this medication but im glad that its a over the counter medication I can try. Now that I know that this worked for me, I will be buying more to keep the pain away from my knee as much as possible. For the first time in years I was able to hop on my treadmill and use it for 90 minutes at speed 3 out of 4. That was something I could not do before taking Osteo Bi-Flex Joint Health. I cant recommend this enough. Please don't hesitate to get it, It might just help you too. Unbelievably effective
When I first used this, in 2 days my hip stopped hurting. Didn't need to take aspirin to get thru the day. I didn't believe, it could be this product, so after a week, I stopped taking it. Few days later, I needed an aspirin. Then needed more aspirin. So started take this product again. Darn it, if same thing didn't happen. So, after 8 or 9 stops and starts, to prove to myself, that this product is what is making the difference, I can say, at least for me, I function better with this product and don't have to take frequent aspirin.
