Great purchase %26 easy to use. No noise, picks up the littlest pieces of anything on bare floors or carpet/area rugs. I purchased for my elderly parents who sleep a lot %26 it can be used without disturbing them with the noise. I highly recommend. It would be better if the handle was made of steel or aluminium like the poles instead of plastic. But so far no problem with it purchased a month or so ago.
