These aren't folded. They come flat with a liner backing. They don't fit the whole crotch region width wise and I leaked on my panties. I don't recommend these for a heavy flow day. Will work great for spotting or everyday use. They stick super tight, no issue there.

I've used these for years, but this last box I received, the entire box doesn't have a lot of stickiness on the back of the liner. when you pull the paper off. they continually slide out of my underwear when I first put them on. I don't know if they've changed what they've been doing because I've never encountered this problem before, but it is a hassle!
