Great value
I really believe in biotin to make my hair better (less breakage and grows faster) and my nails grow better. I've been taking it around 4 years now. I'm not stuck on any one brand and have used several. I always buy what's the best value at the time and have been totally satisfied. I highly recommend biotin to anyone who has weak hair or nails. It works wonders!

Great for hair/nail strength
Love taking Biotin for my hair and nails, as it's one of the only things that I can actually notice a difference after a few months of taking it. I especially love Best Naturals because they don't have any of the other fillers or ingredients that are often found in Biotin. I've been using their supplements for years and have never been disappointed.
