Can't believe how good this is

This made me realize that I have been cheated my entire life. First time eating lentils and my mind is blown at how simply delicious they are. Just salt and a little olive oil and… perfect. I am already contemplating how great they will go with a beef roast and many other things. Honestly though they are very enjoyable by themselves.
