Both our PCP and our rheumatologist have commented that the combination of these two spices can be beneficial in reducing inflammation. We take these regularly as a supplement each and every day. We don't have any real proof that it does work or that it doesn't. I will say that overall, in comparison to some of the brand names, this is the best price option. As with any supplements, there is no entity that oversees the accuracy or value of the ingredients used. However, turmeric and curcumin have been used throughout ancient medicine as anti-inflammatory supplements or spices. It's easier to get them into your diet this way as opposed to trying to add it through your daily diet. I definitely prefer it as a capsule supplement versus a tea. While consulting your doctor before adding any supplements, this particular supplement is simply like adding a spice to your diet.

Turmeric and Magnesium together knocks out any muscle pain you may have from arthritis. At the most pain will be minimal after this combination hits your bloodstream. I have been taking this for 3 years now and I'm usually pain free except when the weather gets wonky but that passes soon.
