great for relaxing - coloring really works

if you plan on coloring by following the numbers grid the regular 8 color crayon box won't do. the grid refers to colors like tan beige teal. I should have noticed that the back cover shows color markers not crayons nor color pencils. I bought it for me. I will still use with crayons box of 8. I won't be using the number grid. I will be using my imagination.

I really enjoy this book because the numbers are small and tend to disappear when they are colored on and don't look like a child's book. I have color pens that have numbers on them, so I matched them up to the color palette on the page which made it easy for me to stay within the color scheme, I like this.
