The easy-open yogurt is fabulous for offering your toddler a quick snack. Just be sure to throw away the lid (there is a bit of sharpness on the inside to allow the container to open quickly). The yogurt provides both a snack and a bit of hydration for snack time, or as part of a little one's meal. It's also an easy thing to pack for outings at the zoo/park or giving to family/friends watching your little one. This is easy for people who aren't as familiar with feeding toddlers to give them. Just tell them to watch the lid (and refrigerate the yogurt). On days my husband is watching our son he loves to offer this yogurt as part of a simple meal! Stonyfield is a company I've trusted for a long time. I've loved their yogurt for years for myself. Due to my stomach issues and the quality ingredients, including probiotics, they actually have helped me when my IBS has been in flare.
