Ok, I love trying new products and because I am on a weight loss journey I decided to try this force factor lean fire formula. I received a 2 week supply as a free sample to try and I wanted to give it a full review. The reason I give it a 5 star is because in the past 2 weeks I have lost 2.5lbs. I know it doesn't seem like a lot, but it is great for me because I do not lose weight quickly. As instructed, you take 1 pill 30 min before a big meal 2x a day. For me, it is breakfast and lunch. I like the fact that the pill did not make me jittery. I felt that it did reduce my hunger and I left at least 20-25% less food than I normally eat. It did give me a boost of energy and by the end of the day I completed my spin class. Yes, I would buy this product again on my own.

Interesting product to try
In using this product i have noticed my appitite is suppressed within 30 minutes of taking it. I do have some more energy like I want to walk around the building at work now instead of sitting binging junk food snacks at my desk. Only comment I have if in the first week of taking this supplement I noticed feeling sweaty or more hot than normal. Funny now that im out of the supplements ive noticed that my snack boredom appetited is gone still but I feel colder then normal like I find myself layering up more.

Worked for Me
I'm 5' and at my start I weighed 205 lbs. I starfed taking the lean fire and after a month I weigh 189. I also started riding my bike and trying to eat better ( only one piece of pizza instead of 3 for dinner ) at the same time. I have noticed it helps control my appetite , gave me an energy boost , and more focus. I did not feel jittery. Like I said its been working for me.
