TAL Stainless Steel Color Changing Tumbler 24 fl oz, Blue

I dreaded trying to find a cup that would fit my needs -- my old water cup, an old plastic Taco Bell cup that I must've had for at least 5 years. Heh.... amazing it hadn't fallen apart years ago, right? I looked and looked and finally found these. These cups were remarkably similar in size and shape to my old one, so that was a relief-- they fit my hand perfectly. The plastic of the cup is a really nice quality plastic, thick with a little give to it. The lid feels like it might be a little different plastic, but it's still excellent quality, and of a good weight. I needed a lid that wouldn't easily pop off if I lifted the cup by the lid when full of water -- man, these lids are really well designed. They aren't difficult to get on and they stay on well beyond my hopes. (Disclaimer: I wouldn't necessarily recommend lifting a full cup by the lid. It's just that I have a need to do that from time to time) Even the straw is perfect! A nice size, not too slim, certainly not too fat..... and important to me, the straws aren't so rigid that they won't give a tad when I use the straw (I despise the rigidity of a metal or glass straw!). Finally, the colors are incredible! Super bright and fun -- I love this part the best I think, even though colors weren't a priority for me. Total bonus. These will last a nice long time, but if something happened to them I would buy again in a heartbeat.
