I'm a stacker first and foremost but who doesn't get tired of looking at the same old bullion everyone else has? If the premiums aren't too ridiculous, I always snatch up rare, vintage or historical 1 oz rounds and bars. Their small size makes it easier paying a little extra for something you can take out of the safe from time to time and enjoy. It's the gift that keeps on giving let's say, literally!

As old as a coin

I was lucky enough to get an alternate eagle on my coin. not the one seen in pictures. For a 41 year old coin, it came exactly as fate would have it, weathered and aged to perfection. I will not be cleaning the 41 years of history off of my coin. I placed it straight into its coin protector "while gloved" and back into the plastic Apmex shipped it in, where it will always stay, never to be resold.
