Instructions
How to Use: **Drink 1 to 3 cups anytime during the day, up to 10 cups per day. **Hot Tea - Pour 8 fl.oz. of freshly boiled water in a cup over your tea bag. Cover and steep for 5-8 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract. **Iced Tea - Prepare hot tea with 4 fl.oz. of water. Let it cool and pour into an ice-filled glass. The melting ice will dilute tea to serving strength. **These steps directly influence the amount of beneficial components that end up in your cup.

Great Combination of Flavors
I have been looking for a green tea with tumeric, ginger and lemon. I have been trying to add either ginger or tumeric to get the benefits together. I do take the supplements but also enjoy the favor. If you add the powders, you are always going to have nutritous "sludge" in the bottom of your cup. These are all the properties in a "sludge-less" tea. Enjoy!
