Remove the cap from the refill and insert it into the warmer. Then, plug the warmer upright into an outlet. The PlugIns Scented Oil plug is adjustable for horizontal and vertical outlets. Adjust the level of fragrance to create the mood you want.

These are our favorite sent. Just plug them in and set for strength of scent. We use one in each bathroom and one in the kitchen. The whole apartment smells nice. Not an overly powerful smell. We always use in our main bathroom because it's a better scent for our cats. That's where our litter box is.

I try new scents every month or two, trying to find the very best and strongest scent. This apple cinnamon scent is so far one of the best and strongest,it carries through the house very well. I smell it every time I walk into a room, especially if the door has been shut. It's not "strong" in a musky way at all. It's very pleasant and delicious smelling. I mean strong as in it carries through the living space. This and pumpkin spice so far are the best I've tried. Passion fruit vanilla was way too weak. That's the worst so far. But this one and pumpkin spice are the top of the list for me.
