With the pending ice storm, I was thankful Walmart had these rechargeable lightbulbs. if we lose power, they can be used to provide light. This is especially important to me because being in the dark can be scary to children. The charge lasts for 5 hours. I bought 2 packs, so I will have 20 hours of light before recharging. I hope I won't need them as emergency light but they will be charging as we use them for everyday lighting. I would recommend these to everyone.

I actually use these for my off-grid cabin. Recharge them in the regular lamps and you get 5 hours from each bulb. So not bad having 10 extra hours of lamp light in the off-grid scenario. Also great for their intended use in case of power outage! The quality is much better than the normal rechargeable LED things that you purchase. I plan to buy a couple more packs of these in the near future.
