Love it!
My partner swears by this as both a pre-workout, and a general stimulant. He doesn't drink coffee because it spikes his blood preassure and this, alongside cordyceps make an amazing caffeine free, heart friendly alternative. Amazing for energy levels, stamina and even as an anti-aging supplement, full of antioxidants and beta-glucans! Plus it has a good mood inducing effect too, gotta love your adaptogens!
