Flame King 20 lb Steel Empty LP Tank with Gauge

The propane tank is a good quality tank. I don't have a problem with the tank. The problem comes from the late delivery. I was forced to purchase one locally after a long search and paid a much higher price. It finally arrived and within 10 minutes I was at my local walmart store with the hopes of returning it for a refund. Well you would have thought I'd taken a bomb in the store. Was told in no uncertain terms to take it out that it was not allowed in the store,and when I explained that FEDEX just delivered it within the last 15 minutes, that it never had propane in it and that its new and empty. That I ordered it from Walmart online and just needed to return. Was to again told to get out. Propane is not allowed in the store. No visible signs posted saying that. Besides there's probably maybe a **** or more propane bottles in the store full of propane. I only want to return a new tank that I purchased for a return and credited back to my credit card.
