I put a scoop in my smoothie and its like you don't know its in there which is great.Today I put a scoop in my Simple Mills pancake mix along with Vanilla protein powder,flax seed and Walnuts and again you don't know its in there.It has a fresh light good smell and that is great and it also mixes in well.I hope that someday they package this Collagen in a 3-5 LB. bag so that I can refill the plastic container it came in......
