Get fast, temporary relief of pain with ThermaCare Joint Pain Relief Heat Therapy Patches. These heat pads have an advanced x-shaped design that provides flexible, long-lasting joint pain relief, wherever you may need it. Thermacare heat wraps work to relieve elbow pain, knee joint pain, shoulder pain, back pain or ankle pain. The pain relief patches contain patented heat cell technology. They penetrate deep to the source of pain, increasing blood flow to help relieve pain and promote joint repair. Thermacare Heat Wraps are activated by air and last for up to eight hours. You can apply the heat patches to sore joints and muscles and take long-lasting heat relief with you throughout your day. The thermal pads also feature four adhesive points to keep the heat wrap in place. They’re suitable for common pain often associated with joint pain, stiffness, tightness and arthritis. Just tear open pouch when ready to use and place adhesive side of heat patch against skin.

DirectionsTear open pouch when ready to use (it may take up to 30 minutes to reach therapeutic temperature).Peel away paper to reveal adhesive side.Place on pain area with adhesive against the skin. Refer to do not use section for areas where not to apply.Attach firmly.Be careful when applying to the wristdo not overlap the heat cells.Place wrap flat. Do not fold, overlap or bunch the heat cells as your risk of burn is increased.If 55 and older: When applied over the lower back/hip, wear ThermaCare over a layer of clothing, not directly against your skin. When applied over the knee or elbow, wear ThermaCare over a towel or cloth such as a washcloth, not directly against your skin.Wear up to 8 hours. Do not wear for more than 8 hours in any 24-hour period.Store at room temperature. Discard after use.

Can't Live Without It!
My wrist pain From Rheumatoid Arthritis was unbearable and I was at my wits end! Then I discovered Thermacare. It literally changed my life. when the pain hits, I'm able to sleep again and my hands function again in the morning. I always have it available and when the pain gets bad, I get my Thermacare. It's the best tool I have to fight the pain!

The best on the market
I had a bad accident. Five years ago I fell and hurt my right shoulder and lower back. I no longer waste money on icy hot, tiger balm or any other brands out there. Thermacare works wonders.
