NOW Sports Nutrition, L-Arginine Powder, Nitric Oxide Precursor, Amino Acids, 1-Pound

I'm 57 years old. I take one teaspoon in the morning, 1/2 before lunch, 1/2 teaspoon before dinner, and one teaspoon at bed time. I feel my energy is at a higher level all day.

Before I bought this I did an internet search for how to make l-arginine powder taste better. I know it tastes bad and the only good stuff was expensive from GNC. So here is the trick. mix the powder with 1-2 oz of a colored berry juice and enough water to get a good disolve of the powder, I use cramberry. Then stir, the nice berry color will change to black sludge. Then add lemon juice (buy cheap stuff you will be using alot) until the color changes back. It takes me 2 -2.5 oz of lemon juice. The color won't be exact more like a creamy version of the original color. You don't need to sweeten it, but you can. What has happened is the akaline of the powder has been neutralized with the acid ot the juice.
