I take mine at 7:00 p.m. at night so I can get up at 5:00 a.m. it is something that you have to get used to it's kind of not close to the diphenhydramine that I take I'm less drowsy in the morning. but it does work it does put you to sleep and you must make sure you do get 8 hours of sleep. I wake up in the middle of the night sometimes but it really works

a little expensive but great for those nights when you have a hard time sleeping. works much better than nightquill brand of sleep aide which is only benadryl. this one works a little different. you dont feel groggy the next day from it. taste not so great but then again alot medication doesnt taste so good.
