We like the little clips that pull the shelf forward when you open the door and it heats evenly and quick. It has a very deep back that's rounded so a 12" pizza fits inside perfectly. Easy to use.

Our Son Begged for It!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our son used this toaster oven multiple times a day. He used it to make cheese toast, nachos, jalapeno poppers, garlic bread, and muffins in it. He also used it to reheat pizza slices and cook Buffalo chicken wings. He moved into a roommate apartment situation and begged to take this with him since the apartment had no toaster whatsoever and we (his parents) had talked of getting a larger one for us. We ended up buying the Countertop Oven with Convection and Rotisserie (#31105D) and love it, also.
