I didn't realize it has sucralose for the sweetner and the shelf life is less than some other flavorings but it's still over 2 yrs shelf life. I still need to try it in something more than water

i LOVE eggnog, and all i can say is *oh my* this stuff is reallllllllly good!!! i've added it to milk and soymilk, and on ice cream, and mix in real well.......oh my use sparingly, you can always add more, can't take away from too much!!

These are great to add to coffees (iced or hot) to cover the taste of added protein flavor. The unflavored variety is fantastic for anything you are cooking to add sweet without adding sugars / carbs. Some of the flavors can taste a bit artificial - but a small amount goes a long way.
