breakfast staple

I am transitioning from oatmeal to quinoa flakes and this is the perfect breakfast cereal for us. Cooks up super quickly- will be exploring other ways to incorporate into recipes. There is no flavor which lends itself to adding whatever you want for flavor and texture

Perfect oatmeal alternative

Order a big bag of this monthly since switching over from oatmeal. The reason for my switch is trying to acclimate a more alkaline lifestyle and oatmeal is acidic.

Making "Nutmeal" Tasty

This is terrific for my "Nutmeal" (homemade oatmeal substitute). Mixed with chia, flax, coconut flakes and nuts I tolerate - it is my go-to for breakfast at home and traveling.
