I've been using these to store leftover soup, chili, and pasta sauce in the fridge and freezer. I usually wash them on top rack of dishwasher. The lids have always stayed on securely. They have been great so far. The plastic is a bit thin, so I choose not to microwave the bowls, but that's just me.
