Instructions

Stove Top Preparation. Add 4 cups of water to a saucepan and heat water on high to a boil. Remove boiling water from heat and immediately stir in entire pouch of potatoes. Mix thoroughly using a fork to moisten all potatoes and let stand 1 minute. Stir well and serve. Microwave Preparation. (Microwaves vary – heating time is approximate.) Measure 4 cups of water into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 4-6 minutes to heat water to a boil. CAUTION: Bowl and water will be very hot! Remove water from microwave and immediately add entire pouch of potatoes all at once, using a fork to moisten all potatoes and let stand 1 minute. Stir well and serve.

These potatoes truly are buttery tasting!They are quick and easy to make and leftovers store well for days. The leftovers make delicious potato pancakes with the addition of a little surface flour before lightly frying in butter! We don't let our pantry go without at least 3 packages in reserve!
